PAYMENT
Currently we only accept PayPal payments, but you do not need a PayPal account to pay if you have a credit card. PayPal allows you to enter credit card information and shipping information and follow the steps to make payment without having to sign up. You will however have the option to sign up during that process if you decide to sign up. PayPal is a secure credit card payment option second to none.
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express as this is what PayPal accepts. We do not accept any other payment options other than PayPal and credit cards through the PayPal checkout system.
Shipping:
We only use Australia post to ship all our items. We offer standard (on cheaper items) and registered and express post which can be chosen at time of checkout. Some items will only allow for registered depending on price of item.
International Buyers shipping
If you’re item or items weighs over 2kg, Australia post sends via Express post and you will only have this postage choice at time of checkout
What if I’m not home when my order arrives?
If you are not home, Australia post will leave a delivery notice, which you can take to the post office stated on the delivery notice and pick up your item. For larger items, the courier company will leave a calling card asking you to contact them for re-delivery on a day that you are home.
How are your delivery fees calculated?
All postage costs are decided by Australia Post current pricings. Our website is linked to Australia post and postage cost is calculated on your location, weight of your item or items, and postage method you choose.
We are happy to ship worldwide, but please be aware that Australia is a remote country and international delivery is expensive. We do not make any money on postage cost.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Each product listing on our website provides an estimated shipping time. For example, if a product says “usually ships in 2 days” this means that it usually takes two days for us to have your order ready to dispatch from our warehouse. How long it will take to reach you, of course, depends on your location.
If your item is purchased on the weekend, then postal times must be calculated from Monday.

Times stated on the official Australia post website, can vary depending on unforeseeable issues. So the postage times should be taken as an approximation, sometimes delivered sooner sometimes a little later.
Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Recover
We are environmentally conscience, and one of the best ways to help this planet is to recycle. To go one step further is to REUSE. We reuse boxes discarded from other business in our local area to send our toys in. All boxes used are clean and inspected before being sent off. All delicate items are bubble wrapped and when needed foam peanuts are used to further protect items.
What is your returns policy?If you order a product, and for any reason are not happy with your choice when it arrives, we will gladly offer a full refund on unopened stock in its original saleable condition. You will be refunded to the full value of the item (less shipping charges) as long as you have not opened or damaged the packaging or product in any way. Please contact
